All FUNFACE products are made-to-order and customized based on customer-provided photos and requirements.

Because each item is created specifically for you, we do not accept returns or refunds once production has started.

Replacement Policy

We offer replacement only in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged due to shipping

  • The final product does not match the order description

Reporting an Issue

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
